Hey DA,
my name is salma and i FINALLY got a DA account, I've been wanting to get an account for ages now but i guess i wasn't brave enough cause there are brilliant people on DA and i was a little intimidated :P.
i am an amateur artist, i LOVE to draw, i also discovered photoshop when i was 15 and it truly changed my life i love it so much cause i love watching the pictures i draw gradually come to life. i taught my self everything i know and i think I'm getting pretty good but for some reason my parents don't take my art seriously, oh well :D
music has also been a huge part of my life i love songs that tell a story in them, i also love good ol' pick me up songs and GLEEEEE i am teaching my self to play guitar
and i also read tons of books :)

I officially finished my first year in art college and it was a blast.
2012 was filled with extreme ups and downs for me but that's life for ya.
I plan on spending my summer vacation focusing on drawing and getting better...

It's gonna be amazing I know it, Suzanne Collins herself said that the cast and crew did an amazing job, I have no idea when the movie will be released here in Egypt but they better be quick!
Now onto artsy news:
I've been working on a mother nature drawing for quite sometime, it's been an excruciatingly slow process and it's far from finished but I am looking forward to finishing it :D trying lots of new techniques.
